We ship Australia wide via Australia Post with a flat rate delivery fee of $10.00

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 2-5 business days Australia wide.    

 

Express Shipping

Express Post Delivery is available at a flat rate delivery fee of $15.00

All express orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 1-3 business days Australia wide.  

 

 

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 10 business days of placing your order please contact us at sales@scarlettmuse.com.au who will follow up with Australia Post on your behalf    

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Australia Post with a flat rate delivery fee of $25.00

You will receive your order within 5-15 business days worldwide.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 15 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@scarlettmuse.com.au who will follow up with Australia Post on your behalf  

 

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Scarlett Muse cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
