RETURNS

In order for Scarlett Muse to provide you with the best customer service possible, please email us first at sales@scarlettmuse.com.au regarding any issues you may have. 

Here at Scarlett Muse, we want all our girls to be completely in love with their purchases! So if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to send it back for a credit note to pick something else instead!

Please note, Scarlett Muse does not offer refunds for returned purchases. 

 

CONDITIONS ON RETURNS


In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic and 21 days for international orders
2.  Be received in its original resellable condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. Scarlett Muse reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.
3.  Must be a full-priced item
4.  Return parcels must include its original invoice/receipt 

 


HOW TO RETURN


Please provide a short letter which states the reason for wanting a return. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a credit note or replacement.

RECEIVED RETURNS


All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inpsected the garment, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your credit note. 

 


FAULTY ITEM


We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment!


In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, refund or offer a credit note for the items.

1.  Please email our team at sales@scarlettmuse.com.au with the subject line Faulty Item. Email us your Order Number, Name and Date Purchased for us to find you in our system as quickly as possible. Include in the email a photo of the fault.
2.  Item must be sent back to Scarlett Muse within 14 days of receiving the postage label.
3.  Our team will inspect the garment and process either a refund, replacement or credit note.

The following items are non-returnable so please choose carefully. Credit will not be issued for the following:
